If you experience pain, dizziness or shortness of breath during training, stop immediately and inform the trainer. Participation in Pilates sessions, Alexander Technique lessons, and self-massage techniques, whether in the studio or online, is at the participant's own risk and responsibility. The trainer and Pilates Playground accept no liability for any damage caused. No liability is assumed for accidents, injuries or theft during the training sessions.
All references to possible helpful effects are for information purposes only. Fern Kushner and Pilates Playground do not assume any guarantee or liability for the application of what is learned in the training sessions.
The participant acts at his/her own risk during training. Liability is accepted only for damages caused by gross negligence on the part of the trainer.
