Your first appointment is free of charge! It's a chance for you to get to know me and see the studio. What do you want to get out of your sessions? What are your fitness goals?

Please allow about 30 minutes for this appointment.

What if you live at quite a distance from Lindlar but want to continue your sesions regularly? Then online sessions might be the perfect option for you. (Please discuss this with me in advance.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an appointment:

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• For later cancellations, the full fee is due.
• This rule does not apply in emergencies or if you suddenly become ill.
