 How did I get from New York City to the green hills near Lindlar, Germany? Here are some of my milestones along the way.

1980-1993: Massage therapy practice in New York City, specializing in tension reduction and sports injury treatment

1990-1993: Training as a teacher of the Alexander Technique, American Center for the Alexander Technique, New York 

1993: Moved from New York to Cologne 

2005-2008: Dance education studies at Hochschule für Musik und Tanz, Cologne 

2018-2020: Training as a Pilates instructor, Polestar Pilates, Cologne 

2025: Studio opening in Lindlar
